Insured Shipping Costs

All our items are shipped insured. The cost for insured shipping within the Netherlands is Free. This applies to items up to €300.
The cost for insured shipping within the Netherlands is €20,00. This applies to items up from €300 to €5000.
The cost for insured shipping in other countries within the EU is €45,00. This applies to items up to €5000.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout

Most items will be dispatched within 24 hours, but always within 48 hours. It takes 2-5 working days to deliver your order in Europe.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your order tracking number. With this number your can track your order any time.

If you experience a problem with the item or the condition of the item , you can send us an e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the item (info@minimalcollectiveofficial.com). Together we will first look for a suitable solution.

The item can only be unused and returned with the original packaging and complete with card. If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to take back the item.

After dissolution of the agreement, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days at the latest.
Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
